Today, I arrived at Sukarno-Hatta International Airport, Jakarta around 1.15pm local time but was only picked up around 2.00pm by my new friend, Mr. Hans who was waiting for me at a different arrival hall! After checking into the hotel, we went to Mangga Besar for a quick bite before proceeding to the Taman Anggrek Mall where we will be meeting up with another friend for dinner. This is a huge shopping mall and there are two other big malls (Central Park Mall and Ciputra Mall) along this stretch of road. We had dinner at the Imperial Chef Restaurant, a restaurant under The Duck King Group which operates 17 restaurants in Indonesia. After dinner, we went window shopping but I did purchase a Polo T-shirt which was on offer! Finally went back to the hotel around 10.30pm for that much needed hot shower and sleep!
