As usual, one of the highlights for the month of December is the Christmas decorations at NBT Sdn Bhd. It is continuously trying to outdo the previous year's decorations and judging by the large number of people gathered there every night since the decorations were put up, it has been very successful in drawing crowds to their showroom (hopefully to buy their cars as well!). Maybe, they should stay open at night during these festive season!

Christmas @ The Empire Hotel
It seems all roads lead to The Empire Hotel and Country Club this Christmas! The car parks were full to the brim and a lot of people were taking pictures of the Christmas decorations and checking into the Empire Hotel as well. I tried the Christmas buffet at The Atrium Cafe which costs B$55.00 per person plus a 10% service charge. Coffee or tea were not included and I can't help feeling that I'm paying for the ambience rather than the food! I would have enjoyed the food more if I didn't have a late tea break at 5.30pm before joining my friends at the Empire at 7.00pm!

X'mas Eve @ Rizqun Coffee House
This was how I spent my Christmas Eve, having dinner at Rizqun Coffee House with my friends from China. Besides setting up the tables with a Christmas theme, there were Christmas logs, puddings, ginger bread, pastries but no turkeys! Price of the buffet was B$35.00 per person and I had a staff discount of 20%, courtesy of my good friend, Jacob who works at the Rizqun International Hotel. After dinner I wanted to go to NBT (Lexus and Toyota showroom) to take a few pictures of the Christmas decorations but there were so many cars parked along the roadside and there were so many people there that I gave up on the idea and went straight home! Anyway, Merry Christmas and I hope you had a more enjoyable Christmas than I did!
